Your safety is important to us. You MUST wear a mask while inside our clinic. If you do not have one we will provide one for you. This not only protects yourself, but others around you. If you are driving, click here. If you are taking public transport, the closest train station is the Somerset-Bridlewood terminal from where you can take the bus 78 to the clinic. We share the same building with Service Canada.
Where do I park?
There is enough parking around the clinic. There are 4 handicap parking very close to the clinic entrance.
What do I need for an appointment?
A valid healthcare card and a piece of photo ID.
Do I need to pay for my appointment?
The Alberta Health Services covers most health visits.
Are there services not covered by Alberta Health Services?
These are called uninsured services such as request for transfer of medical records, telephone prescription renewals, travel advice and immunizations and some deinsured procedures (e.g, circumcision, wart removal) as well as forms, reports or letters.
What if I am from outside the province?
If you are visiting from outside Alberta or you have lived here for less than 3 months, your home province healthcare card may be used (Canadian residents only). Visitors from outside Canada will be required to pay out of pocket.
Can I cancel an appointment?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
What happens if I miss or do not cancel an appointment?
Crystals Medical Clinic is committed to exceptional care. When confirmed appointments are canceled at short notice, or not attended it excludes others from receiving treatment. Therefore, a cancellation fee will be charged. A missed appointment will be treated in the same way as a late cancellation.
Are walk-in appointments available?
Yes. We understand that health problems have no respect for time, and we remain committed to attending to your health care needs. However, priority is given to booked appointments
